I will ensure that planting a flag is permitted in my neighborhood, complex, HOA, etc. and will identify any utility supply lines, sprinkler systems or pet containment systems which must be avoided during installation.

Scouts and volunteers of Troop 121 are allowed onto the property to install a stake into the ground used to display the flag. It is my responsibility to ensure the flag and poll are not damaged while on the property. The flag may be temporarily removed if performing maintenance on the yard. Troop 121 is not responsible for accidental damage the flag display may cause if lifted off stake.
